As healthcare becomes ever more complex, there is a recognised need for evidence-based education. Health regulators require those entrusted with the planning and delivery of clinical education to be familiar with the latest research on effective teaching and learning strategies.
Second Class Honours Bachelor Degree in a clinical discipline (non-standard applications are welcome and assessed individually)
Students are required to have previous teaching experience and have the opportunity to teach/instruct in a clinical or academic setting throughout the programme.
Proficiency in English: High B2 on the (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) CEFRL when awarded by a recognised awarding body.
An average score of 6.5 on the overall components of the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) and a minimum of 6.0 in each band on the Academic Version.
65% on the Cambridge Education Group English Language Assessment (equivalent to IETLS 6.5)
